Below is a reminder regarding making payments. 

MAILING A CHECK OR YOUR BANKS ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE
Payments are payable to Brice Green Condominiums

ZELLE
If you use Zelle you must place your unit number and street (1111 Brice Park) in the memo of your payment to assure proper credit to your account. 

ONLINE PAYMENTS
Go to "Pay My Condo" for multiple options. 

WATER BILLS
Water bills are paid the same as your monthly assessment. They are to be paid to Brice Green Condominiums. You may combine your water bill with your monthly assessment into one payment. 

MONTHLY STATEMENTS
A monthly statement of your account will be emailed to you approximately 5 to 10 days prior to the beginning of each month. This statement will show your recent activity including your monthly assessments, water bills, late fees, payments, and amount due. We are currently still in transition and monthly statements are expected to begin soon.
