OWNER ACCOUNTS

HomeARCH has received all owner account information from Towne Properties on 01/02/2024 and we are in progress of transferring any credit and debit balances to your individual account. Once your account is updated we will be emailing you an owner account statement. Going forward, all owners will be emailed an owner account statement approximately 5 to 10 days prior to the beginning of each month. Your account statement will show all charges and credits to your account. As a reminder, you can combine your water bill and your monthly assessment into one payment.
