IIMPORTANT COMMUNITY POLICY UPDATES Collection Policy: Collection procedures of late payments and past due accounts. Enforcement Policy: Procedures for community deed/rule violations. NEW! Water Billing and Meter Policy: Procedures regarding your water bill and procedures regarding your meter. This is new policy and you must read. Effective immediately, the Board of Directors has updated the Brice Green Collection Policy and its Rule Enforcement Policy. In addition to these updates, a newly created Water Billing and Meter Policy has been created. These policies will be added to the Rules and Regulations Handbook soon. In the meantime, below are the new policies. Here are some important highlights of the Water Billing and Meter Policy: 1. Water bills must be in the name of the owner. If you want a duplicate sent to your tenant, a signed agreement is required. There is a fee for this service. 2. Failure to provide a meter reading or it has been determined your meter is not functioning, will result in an estimated water bill. This is designed to assure you do not fall behind on your water bill which results in a high future water bill. 3. The Management Company is your main contact regarding any issues with your water bills or meter. The policies have been added to the My Community section of the website and also can be found on the Brice Green Now App. If you have any questions regarding any of the policies, please contact the management company.
