All owners are required to provide contact information, not only for themselves, but of their tenants as well. This information is not only used to send you required association communications, more importantly, it is utilized in the event of an emergency, maintenance, or safety issue. Mailings are also a cost to all owners and we strongly encourage you to sign up for email communications and text messages. The association and the management company will not send any information except as necessary through these channels.
