Notice of 2025 Association Assessments Pursuant to the Declarations and Bylaws of the Brice Green Condominium Association, a budget has been established for the calendar year 2025. See attached budget. Effective Jan 01, 2024, the monthly condominium assessment will increase to $190.00 per unit per month. Assessments are due on the 1st day of the month and a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of each month. All water bill payments are due on the first and a $10.00 late fee will be assessed if received after the 10th of each month. The Board of Directors of the Brice Green Condominiums with assistance from Kaman and Cusimano, the association's legal counsel, have put together amendments to strengthen the community. You will be receiving information and a ballot for these proposed amendments any day in the mail. In order for these amendments to become a part of the associations legal documents, your vote is required and each amendment requires a 75% approval from all owners. You as an owner are required to read the amendments and send in your ballot. A self addressed stamped envelope has been provided in the mailing for your convenience. The Board of Directors has also recently approved and filed amendments to bring Brice Green Condominiums in compliance with Senate Bill 61. This amendment only required the approval vote of the Board of Directors and was filed with the Franklin County Recorders Office on August 29th, 2024 (instrument number 202408290088286). These amendments can be found here on the website and on the Franklin County Recorders Office website. Below is the mailing, amendment language and ballot.
