water billing error codes

If your water bill has any of the below error codes, you must send a clear picture of your inside water meter to [email protected] by the 10th of each month. If you have any these codes you will also be contacted with further instructions. 

Error Codes
X= Faded numbers on outside meter
A= No meter movement
K= Blocked or locked gate
V= Weeds/plant life blocking outside meter
