2025 ANNUAL MEETING WHEN: MONDAY, MAY 19th, 2025 TIME: 6:00PM – 8:30PM WHERE: GENDER ROAD CHRISTIAN CHURCH 5336 GENDER RD CANAL WINCHESTER, OH 43110 (Multipurpose Room. Access through the main entrance.) The Board of Trustees of Brice Green Condominiums has called its annual meeting at the above indicated date, time, and place. At this meeting we will be providing a financial update, summarizing what has transpired over the last year, describing plans for the current year and beyond, election of any open board positions, and a questions and answer session. To provide an effective and productive meeting, enclosed you will find a code of conduct for the meeting. If you intend to present during the meeting, you must sign and return the code of conduct agreement. If you want to assist your community by being a member of the Board of Trustees, a Board Candidacy form can be found at the Brice Green website (www.bricegreen.com). An election of up to 4 board members will be held. Finally, we have also enclosed a voting proxy if you cannot attend, or you are designating someone to vote in place of yourself. Reminder: If we have not received your completed amendment ballot; we have enclosed the proposed amendments along with a ballot. We are asking all owners to vote on the proposed amendments.
