Brice Green Owners

As you are aware, the association has changed its trash service company to TrashCab. Below is important information regarding the service, along with information regarding those that still have Local Waste trash cans. 

Trash days are Friday, starting as early as 6:30 AM. 

Trash Reminders

• You must use the new receptacles (trash cans). They will not pick up your trash if it is in the Local Waste receptacles.
• Trash placed on the ground in bags or in different trash cans will not be picked up. 
• Recyclable instructions are posted below and also  listed on the Brice Green website at: https://www.bricegreen.com/my-community.html 
• Bulk trash (furniture, mattresses, etc) can be requested on the Brice Green website by utilizing the "Bulk Trash Request" form. There are restrictions to what can be picked up. 
• Trash receptacles may be placed at the street no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the evening before collection and must be returned to the garage or inside your Limited Common Area at the rear of your unit before 12 noon on the day following collection day. 
• Fines apply for rule violations. 

Do you have a Local Waste Trash Can? 
If you have a Local Waste receptacle, please empty it and keep it empty. We are working to have them removed and ask that if you have one, please contact us. Once we have the details regarding pick up and removal we will be providing further instructions. 

Please note: We will soon be placing unit numbers on all the receptacles. We will let everyone know when that project will begin.

HomeARCH has received all owner account information from Towne Properties on 01/02/2024 and we are in progress of transferring any credit and debit balances to your individual account. Once your account is updated we will be emailing you an owner account statement. Going forward, all owners will be emailed an owner account statement approximately 5 to 10 days prior to the beginning of each month. Your account statement will show all charges and credits to your account. As a reminder, you can combine your water bill and your monthly assessment into one payment.
