BRICE GREEN CONDOMINIUMS 2024 ANNUAL MEETING WHEN: MONDAY, MAY 13th, 2024 TIME: 5:30PM – 8:30PM WHERE: GENDER ROAD CHRISTIAN CHURCH 5336 GENDER RD CANAL WINCHESTER, OH 43110 (Multipurpose Room. Access through the main entrance.) The Board of Trustees of Brice Green Condominiums has called its annual meeting at the above indicated date, time, and place. At this meeting we will be introducing our new manager, providing a financial update, summarizing what has transpired over the last year, describing plans for the current year and beyond, election of any open board positions, and a questions and answer session. To provide an effective and productive meeting, enclosed you will find a code of conduct for the meeting. If you intend on presenting during the meeting you must sign and return the code of conduct agreement. Three Board Member positions will be elected during the meeting and if you are interested in a board position, please fill out the Candidacy Form provided and submit as indicated. Finally, we have also enclosed a voting proxy if you cannot attend, or you are designating someone to vote in place of yourself. How to return your annual meeting forms:
